Our Story
From Humble Beginnings to National Scale
Shree Mani Group was founded in 1998 with a simple but powerful conviction: that honest dealing, quality products, and reliable service could build lasting business relationships. Starting as a commodity trading firm in Gujarat, the Group quickly earned a reputation for integrity and dependability.
Through the early 2000s, the Group expanded into agricultural commodities, establishing direct sourcing relationships with farming communities across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. This farmer-first approach became a defining principle of the business.
By 2010, the Group had diversified into industrial chemicals and construction materials, recognising India's growing infrastructure needs. Today, Shree Mani Group operates four specialised divisions — Agro, Chemicals, Infrastructure, and Trading — with a presence in 15+ states and a portfolio of 500+ products.

Rajesh Mani
Founder & Chairman
Rajesh Mani founded Shree Mani Group in 1998 with a vision to build a trusted, diversified industrial enterprise. With over 30 years in commodity trading, he continues to guide the Group's strategic direction and values.
Priya Mani
Managing Director
Priya leads the Group's day-to-day operations and has been instrumental in expanding the Chemicals and Infrastructure divisions. She brings 20 years of experience in industrial supply chain management.
Arjun Shah
Director — Agro Division
Arjun oversees the Agro Division's sourcing, quality, and distribution operations. His deep knowledge of agricultural markets and farmer relationships has made the division a trusted name in the sector.
Meera Patel
Director — Trading & Finance
